How do I sign up?
Parents or guardians will need to fill out a registration form and turn it in to their school office. Your application will be processed in 3-5 working days. Your login and password will be e-mailed to you. The return address says “no-reply”, sometimes your spam filter will consider this spam, so please check your spam folder.

Online Payments For Food Services Now Available!
Olympia School District has made adding money to your student’s food service account easy and convenient! We now contract with RevTrak to provide a secure site for making online payments. Parents may add money to student food service accounts, view account balances and see transaction history online.
To Make An Online Payment for Food Services:
- Make sure you are signed up for Family Access.
- Login to Family Access
- Under the General Information tab, select “Food Service”
- Select “Make Online Payment” and fill out the required information.
Online payments will immediately be posted to your student’s food service account. Please note for the convenience of making an online payment, a $1.25 fee will be assessed at checkout.
